Joke of gym, pretty sure prison yards maybe the better option. After being duped into thinking it looked okay for the price, I then found that the gym is always overpopulated. When you consider the amount of people that go, you'd think they could keep it open later than 8 and 4 on weekends. The car park can only hold 30 cars, leaving you to park far away, or do as I do and go home. There is a female workout room, which my girlfriend tells me doesn't have enough equipment or room for an effective workout. The changing room is small and filthy, toilet doors don't lock, and the sauna area is tiny and a complete sausage fest. If your considering joining sports direct gym, just don't. Me and my girlfriend have just got through our 6 month contract, and are now finding out it may take another 3 months for us to finally be free of this dump.

The men's changing is awful. Dirty. Broken lockers. Not enough benches. Reset timers on the showers with preset temperature. Poolside shower is cold. Sauna and Steam room are both good but far to small and frequently overcrowded. All in all, it's a dreadful gym. So why stay? It's the only gym around, apart from Easy gym which is too far.

While perusing my country estates in the fine shires of King's Heath I was surprised to find that a large band of squatters had established some sort of prostitution den on Harrison land. Frankly I found this rather unacceptable and deemed it necessary to intercede with the leader of this band of brigands and robbers, who I was reliably informed had established a local base in this building. I was expecting some sort of rogues' gallery of prostitution and petty thievery and am therefore pleased to report that this workhouse is one of the best-run in the country. The owner, Mr. Mike Ashley, has made it his business to collect the finest bands of orphans in the country (I'm told that they're referred to as 'university students' now but I'm afraid I have very little time to concern myself with the lower classes and their issues) in order to manufacture high quality 'exercise equipment' in this workhouse. We got on swimmingly despite his admittedly low birth and rather abrasive manner and struck a very friendly deal wherein he would supply my own cornfields with ample stock of fresh young bloods to harvest my hops in exchange for being my feudal vassal, allowing me to conduct the important business of bouncing on my boy's pipe rolls to this for hours in peace and quiet, safe in the knowledge that my realm is once again at peace. BACK TO WORK, YE UNWASHED AND UNGRATEFUL
